Summary: I had higher expectations for the hotel. Overall, the facilities are good. The front desk staff could be more friendly and welcoming to guests. My room needed to be cleaned better, and the shower needed to be cleaned better. The body soap was empty and wasn't replaced. The parking fee is high considering it's a small area, and the price isn't justified. These are details and aspects that make the difference in the customer experience.

Summary: My second time staying here- cool place but there seemed to be confusion regarding cleaning the room; there weren’t signs saying they only change towels if you leave them on the floor or that they don’t come in and make the beds. After two nights, we needed some new towels and had no soap, and when I asked for those, I was asked if I had requested for a room clean…? Also the rooms that have adjoining doors seem louder; we kept hearing next door’s tv or phone conversations at very annoying times, and we eventually realized it was that door. AC is hard to understand so we alternated freezing and feeling swampy- nothing some printed instructions wouldn’t help with. These are all minor compared to the charm of the staff and the building itself, not to mention Lawrenceville itself.

Summary: Very nice and relatively new hotel close to the hospital we needed to be at before 7:00 AM the next morning. Valet parking was nice and front desk checked us in quickly. Room was very nice and very clean. My only real complaint is at the bed was too close to the far wall and made it hard to get in and out of bed. Great day other than that!

Summary: The parking system is basically a joke. Charge someone $30 to park their car 5 feet away from the door. I was traveling with a toddler and not one bit of an offer to help. No luggage carts seen. We stayed in a micro room which was fine but the bed had parts of the rail sticking out. Dangerous to walk by or if you happened to fall out of bed. The charge for breakfast was absurd considering it was just me and a 3 year old. A free continental breakfast would certainly help the ratings. It was clean. Desk personnel were friendly. Valets were friendly but I was torn as to whether or not tip since I was already paying $30 a day. Not a bad experience at all but I will probably never stay there again.

Summary: Hotel was nice but very noisy from neighbouring rooms as well a trash can removal almost daily. Bar was never staffed but reception would come if requested. When it gets windy you lose tv signal in the room

Summary: I would say it was fine. Rooms are pretty small and not particularly well equipped -- no microwaves or fridges. Also the hotel restaurant is closed some days and they charge to park. Overall, while I love the concept of the converted schoolhouse, I probably won't stay here again.

Summary: Nothing in walking distance but the restaurants on site are good. Parking is valet only which is obnoxious because it’s quite literally right outside the door. Twice we left with necessary valet permission, then parked ourselves ten feet from the door back in the same spot when coming back, and it was left there yet still paid the valet fee. It’s absurd. Could just make it self parking and put up a security guard at the entrance if the goal is to make sure only guests use the lot. The family room looked more spacious in the photos but was alright. The shower tub was modern and clean. The big bed was uncomfortably soft, so I slept on one of the twin bunks but that was hideously hard and sunken in the middle like sleeping in someone else’s shape. Both our backs hurt from both beds. Also to note for younger children, the bunks are very high off the ground and metal.. Better for older children but at that age they likely wouldn’t want to share a room with their parents. Tv was right next to the twin bunks but across the room from the big bed, so tv would be too loud with kids in the bunks. Would’ve liked if there had been info in the room about the restaurants, what floor they’re on, room service info, or things to do in the area. Have stayed in worse hotels and definitely appreciate the modern fixtures but the layout was odd and the valet fee unbelievably unnecessary, so wouldn’t stay here again. Best thing is the cake at the rooftop restaurant which is being removed from menu.
